Polly has been our vet now for a number of years. She is always spot on, incredibly caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Myself and my dogs love her to bits ! Thankyou and a five paw review from Pooh 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Polly is one of the best exotics vets I have ever come across, and i will never forget the dignity she gave my sweet ducky Genie in her final moments. She did absolutely everything possible to save her, after three other vets surgeries weren't able to find what was causing her symptoms. Genie passed away, which broke my heart, but Polly gave her so much dignity in her final moments, held my hand as she passed and talked us through the options with respect. She is wonderful, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an avian vet.

I have had dogs all my life and l have never had the pleasure of such a friendly, honest and excellent service. I highly recommend in every aspect the vets, nurses and receptionists are exceptional. My 8 year old Rhodesian has recovered perfectly after complex dental surgery l cannot stress how exceptional they are after experiencing less than perfect services elsewhere.
