I have used Beaconsfield Vets over 15 years for my pets, I cannot commend or recommend them enough, they are all so caring, welcoming, knowledgeable and talented in their field. They love every animal as much as we do as pet owners, as it's a privately owned practice they have a home from home feeling, there has been the same vet nurses, receptionist and vets for many years, which speaks volumes. There isn't a one in one out feeling, like with big corporations. My naughty little house cat broke her leg in 2 places, probably from doing some sort of parkour from the top of the door, within 10 minutes they got me an appointment to see a vet, had her booked in the next day for x-rays, then got a specialist orthopaedic surgeon in a few days later to do the operation. I can't thank them enough!! We are currently on week 2 out of 6 of recovery.

very good customer service. The vet is clear once completed check ups on advise. I would recommend using this vet for cats. They have a cat area with towels sprayed to relax an anxious cat.

Beaconsfield Veterinary Clinic fitted me in with my poorly cat as a new client and made a really stressful situation feel much easier. Everyone was friendly, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including costs, with no hidden fees. I felt genuinely listened to, and my cat is already feeling much better. I’m very thankful for their care.

This is a great vet, they are gentle, caring and interested in my dog, they don't rush into giving medications out if there is another option and I never feel rushed in and out of my appointments with them. The nurses and reception staff are wonderful and will go to any length to make a visit pleasant for my dog. Reception staff are friendly and polite and have always accommodated me with appointment changes etc. FAB practise I highly recommend.
