Been waiting three weeks or long for a call back for a lump on my dog side that has been seen twice and still wants me to pay a consultation for there wrong treatments

Friendly welcome by the Reception staff. Clean reception area. Not kept waiting for our appointment. Excellent Member of staff who dealt with our visit. No payment made as we have insurance with the practice.

Vile experience the short haired youngish odd girl had no clue at all, probably used chat gpt to get a qualification to work there. she gave my dog paracetamol and died later that night because she wasn’t experienced enough to know the problem. my dog was on her last legs and had gotten very sick out of the blue, ( found out myself it was most likely pyametra ) so with that a dog disintegrates within the space of a week if not treated quick enough. all she did was give us paracetamol and to see how she gets on with it, later that night she died. please do not bring your pets to this clinic.

Excellent local vets. Booked me in on the same day, as a brand new customer, chased up my old vets for Charlie's medical records, and put my mind at rest about my sickly cat who is already getting back to his usual self.

Have been here for years, in fact since this was called clarendons vets, the receptionists know my dog Mei-mei on sight and I've always received a warm welcome. Can't fault them in any way, the service and staff are wonderful, always helpful and willing to answer questions. Thanks for years of great care.
