I usually have positive experiences here, but my recent visit was ruined by the older receptionist at the front desk. She was overtly rude and deliberately made me feel uncomfortable in front of a crowded waiting room. It genuinely felt like she was enjoying being unkind, especially in an environment where pet owners are already stressed.

A fantastic vet. I brought my 16yr old cat in as an emergency, they found out what was wrong very quickly and we're honest with how bad it was. The compassion from the wonderful vet was truly helpful and that sad time. They were very understanding and they made him go to sleep peacefully. I will forever be thankful to them.

Very sad day today, as we have had to have our beloved little dog put down. Heartbreaking. I cannot stress enough how thoughtful and caring the team were. From me trying to book an appointment, while sobbing the receptionist was wonderful and the vet that carried out the procedure was first class and extremely caring. This vet practice does truly have the animals interest at heart. Thank you very very much for everything

Dieing cat? Na it's fine. Probably stress. Awful. Took a very ill cat here. Vet said it was fine, said the same dribble of "oh it's probably stress. Is there a new cat around maybe?". Apparently bloods came back perfect. Less than 48 hours later the cat is passed out on the ground struggling to breath. I went to another vet, awful blood results, told had we not brought the cat that day it probably wouldn't have survived. Been told there's a 50/50 chance of surviving. This isn't the first time I've brought a cat here that died shortly after being told the same thing; "Perfectly healthy cat, probably a bit of stress." They did have some great staff here but they've all left. Please go anywhere else.
