I recently took my cat in for neutering and had a really positive experience. The clinic was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The team was highly professional and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. They were very accommodating with appointments and kept everything running efficiently, which I really appreciated. My cat was well cared for throughout, and I felt confident he was in safe hands. They also offer an excellent pet plan, which gives great peace of mind for ongoing care. Overall, a fantastic service—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other pet owners.

Kingston vets has really gone down hill over the past couple of years. Different vets each time only interested in pushing expensive treatments. Recently had a “consultation” as my dog needed some more Metacam. £101 and the vet didn’t even examine my dog. Didn’t even take temperature. I then challenged the charge and asked for an itemised bill. After a week they responded that they couldnt provide this detail and as a gesture of good Will would refund 50%. Lots of other bad experiences in the last 2 years so have now moved vets.

I can’t thank Modestas enough for the amazing care he gave my dog during and after the keyhole spay procedure. From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, kindness, and genuinely high standards. Modestas took the time to explain the process clearly, made sure both my dog and I felt comfortable, and showed real compassion every step of the way. The surgery itself went perfectly, and the aftercare was outstanding — my dog was looked after so attentively, and her recovery has been smooth thanks to Modestas’ excellent work. You can truly tell he cares deeply about his patients and their owners. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Modestas to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and trustworthy vet. Edit January 2026: I just wanted to write how kind, patient and empathetic some of the vets have been with my dog. Unfortunately I don't remember all their names, but one of them was a lady named Thorunn and another was Jennifer or Jennie, I think. They were both very understanding, as my dog is quite nervous and doesn’t enjoy vet visits, but they never rushed him and took their time to make sure the experience was as stress-free as possible. You can really see how much they care for all animals and I truly appreciate their gentle and caring approach.

Modestas Tverskis the Vet at yeovil, euthanised my precious healthy pup on the 03.09.25 without checking microchip to contact me as the owner whilst he was a locum at another practice which my dog was not even registered at either, avoid this man going near your animals, !!! ESCALATING

Some of the vets are very nice, understanding and patient, while others instead make you feel like they're almost doing you a favour by looking at your dog, even if it's for wellness check that you're entitled to do once a year for free, if you're on the premium plan like we are. Not to mention the reception staff, often quite rude, with no patience nor empathy whatsoever.
