We are so grateful to Rachel & the team for showing such empathy & care when we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beautiful soul, Rolo. We were on holiday in Brean when our dog suddenly took a turn for the worst. We contacted The Bridge Vets who saw us promptly and were there to help when we needed it the most.

This is the best vets. They are the most friendly, skilled and caring! Taken my puppy in a few times for vaccinations and stuck grass seed and each time they are super friendly and welcoming. They are also really patient during the appointment so that my dog feels comfortable before they start examining him, I never feel like they are rushing even if we’re running over our appointment duration. Could not recommend them more.

The Bridge Vets has a new home on an industrial estate on the outskirts of Highbridge. For us it is a little further to go however there is more parking. I was told by another user that there are no buses to this new site. The facilities are all new cats and dogs are separated in a comfortable reception area.The reception team are friendly and helpful. The consulting rooms are smaller than the previous location but work perfectly well. Vets are as good as ever letting you know what is needed for your pet but not adding anything unnecessary. If your pet is unwell you get an appointment quickly we got on within hours.

Had to take my puppy Rosie to Bridge Vets in the early hours of the morning as very unwell. Couldn’t have wished for better care and kindness from Ann and the nurses we saw. Thankyou so much for making my little baby girl well again xx
