I wanted to take the opportunity to say how impressed I was with this vets especially as I haven't seen many reviews outlining their exotic vet. My snake got a splinter from aspen shavings under her scales (right on her nose between the nostrils) and despite my best efforts I was unable to remove it. As a first time snake owner I was very concerned and panicked about the situation. The reception staff/nurse I spoke to remained calm, patient and professional (which I know can be difficult when dealing with someone who is being the opposite). They were also understanding and accommodating when scheduling the appointment around my work schedule. The exotic vet herself was amazing. She was confident, quick and efficient when removing the splinter. She was also very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss what should be in my snake's first aid kit along with best husbandry practice. She is defiantly going to be my primary vet going forward

Good welcome, and in the waiting room for weight taking. Lovely Vet. The price gets bigger every year. Now over 25% of £1,000 for 2 dogs. 2 dogs together.

What a great and compassionate service they provide. They examined and cremated our Shih tzu after he sadly passed after 16 years. They were not even our vet, who was shut at 09:30 on a Monday morning, and expected you to travel out of town with no address supplied?! Quantock vets were brilliant and very understanding. they even gave us a condolences card. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you so much for what you did for Ozzy and us.

Fin had to go for his annual injections today. Our vet was Jo, she was absolutely fabulous. Gave Fin a complete check up, talking to him constantly. He was putty in her hands. When he was all finished she gave him some treats and we came out with a very Happy dog. Tail wagging constantly. Jo was very thorough, she is a fantastic vet. Highly recommend her. I wish she was there permanently. But highly recommend this surgery. Fin always goes on wagging his tail and comes out equally happy. Of my dog is happy, so am I!! Highly recommend Quantock Vetinary Surgery All the staff are so friendly and polite, and nothing is too much trouble.
