I took my dog for an ear infection , and was given medication eardrops. I was astounded when they charged me £80.66 for a weeks supply, Canaural was the name, this can be bought on line for the same 25ml bottle for £19.50. A rip off if you don’t mind me saying. It was explained to me that the practice owners set the costs of medication at 4 times the cost. I could have bought it online, I do feel we as pet owners should have been informed as to these costs and where else it is available. As vets Kingfisher are superb, as medication suppliers, they are rip off merchants

Great experience visiting Kingfisher vets in Crewkerne. The staff were lovely and made me and Percy feel very welcome. The set up of the vets makes it really easy to keep your pet comfortable whilst you wait. I felt listened to and Percy has received what he needed.

Phil Boyer was outstanding in recommendations for treatment for star also gave me options including cheaper ways to get medication for her. He always has a calm approach with star as she is nervous and talks to hear. Shame all vets as not like him.

We visited Kingfisher with our two cats immediately after having had a very bad customer experience with another local vetinary practice. The contrast couldn't have been greater. We were immediately made welcome, our cats were registered and a vet made the time to see both of them while we were there. Full marks for welcome, efficiency, expertise and generally being very good at what they do.
