Incredible vets, we phoned for an emergency appointment and we're seen, treated and on the way home within an hour and every member of staff was so kind and empathetic. I won't take my cat anywhere else. Highly recommend

The best experience we’ve had to date for a vet practice. We are a new client but we’re made to feel like a regular from the get go. The staff on reception are wonderful and so welcoming especially as our rescue Vizsla is very nervous. The surgeon was superb from the start of the procedure to the after care, we cannot fault it. So much so we will be moving our other Viz there too. What a great team!

Being a local I obviously use Hamstone vets. Why not, in my opinion it's the best! When walking my dog Molly nearby, I've been stopped many times asking where Hamstone vets are. All these people have taken the time to travel out of their local area to come here because of recommendations . That speaks for itself. These reviews say it all . I have had animals all my life and have never come across any as professional, kind caring vets such as Hamstone Vets. When I have cause to visit it's a pleasure. Molly loves everyone and gets spoiled every time . I am moving away from the area soon, but, if travel time allows from where I move to I will remain a customer. The travel time comes second to the care my dog and cats get here. I would also like to mention the wonderful receptionists there, just love chatting with them, so friendly. A big plus here is the separate cat room. Not many vets have this facility. Why would you want to put your cat, who is stressed out already, around dogs when waiting to be seen! Crewkerne is very lucky to have such amazing vets! Iv had all sorts of animals and used many vets (small animal, equine and farm vets) over the years but I can honestly say Hamstone vets are the best vets by far that I have ever used! Amazing reception team who are very friendly and helpful, and all the vets/nurses are so easy to talk to and explain everything really well. They call back when they say they will and keep you updated. Emily & Ellie are also so natural at making you feel at ease with difficult decisions/situations and provide all the support you need! 10/10 professional service!

Lovely staff at Hamstone vets, always make us feel welcome and have created a positive environment my puppy is keen to visit. They gave very thorough advice on our most recent visit, giving us the reassurance we needed to manage pet health at home. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am moving back to the area and needed to see a vet with my old dog. I had heard good things about Hamstone so gave them a call. They could not have been more friendly or helpful. As a non registered client my dog was seen on the same day as my phone call. All the people who I met were professional and helpful. Very sadly my dogs illness turned out to be terminal and Hamstone could not have dealt with us or my beautiful dog better. She was put to sleep in my mother’s home with everyone around her. There was no fuss and nonsense, we were told the honest truth, which in my view is the most important thing. I would recommend these vets to anyone looking and thank them very much indeed.
