My 2 house cats were dealt with wonderfully as they are frightened by anyone other than family. They are now microchiped & vacinated. Dealt with kindness & affection.

Poor leadership culture at this practice. We placed our beloved dog in the care of this practice and was seriously let down. Our dog died as a result of poor advice and an unwillingness to response to our concerns when raised. Our view would be to avoid this veterinary chain at all costs.

Kerry and Charles were so understanding when we had our dog put to sleep making it very easy for us to say goodbye during these times. Thanks to both.
