Living with 2 dogs with health conditions has been an emotional journey. Sadly, we said goodbye to one of our girls in July but….. from tiny puppies, they have received outstanding care and support from the vets, nurses and admin team at Kingfisher. We continue to feel supported and knowledgeable in supporting our little Maggie who is diabetic, thanks to the ongoing support, knowledge and guidance from the team. Thanks to every one of you. Five stars from us, highly recommended.

I must say I was very impressed with my visit to the Chard surgery yesterday with my elderly cat. Receptionist and lady vet were great.

All the staff are very professional and friendly. I have regular reminders for when vaccination, and flea and worm treatments are due. Appointments are readily available. The vet prescribed medication for my dog which she'll need for the rest of her life to help her mobility. He explained that it was very expensive to buy from them. So he prescribed a 6 day course to make sure she didn't experience side effects. Afterwards, I was given a 6 month prescription, which cost £31, that I can use online saving me a considerable sum of money. Given that veterinary care is notoriously expensive this has helped considerably and I am extremely grateful.
