Completely outstanding practice. A rare and valuable find , genuinely care for the animals and their pet humans. Experience, knowledge, professionalism, empathy, couldn't fault a single thing about this group of amazing people ! Definitely not a part of a corporate facade. Genuinely care about patients centred approaches, including making animal care affordable. So glad to of found you !

We’ve been with Wells and Shepton Vets for a few years now, and I can’t speak highly enough of the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire team. From routine check-ups to more urgent concerns, they’ve always gone above and beyond to support both us and our pets. The vets, Nurses, and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They take the time to explain everything in a reassuring way, which makes a real difference. Most importantly, Millie loves coming in to see everyone. Thank you for everything you do!

Exceptional vets that treat your pets like the individual they are. They really go above and beyond. Polly and nurses have been amazing throughout the last months of our sweet bunny's life and I can't thank them enough.

When my little dog Buddy became very poorly and it seemed to be a mystery, as too what was pausing him to be in so much pain, the practice at shepton were so wonderful towards Buddy and myself, all the staff are so kind, calm and considerate. Unfortunately my little man couldn’t not be saved, but vets and nurses did everything they could to try to figure out buddies illness! They are not as expensive as corporate vets, all the way along they kept an eye on the bill. I highly recommend shepton vets. Thank you again Josh Greg and the nurses for cuddling him and nursing him when he was so poorly 🥰 and the whole staff. Xxx
